# Record ## Record on a current track Starts the recording on the current track selected. If the recording is set to mono, but the track is stereo - the channels will be duplicated. ## Record on a new track Starts the recording on a new track. If the recording is set to mono, the track will be in mono. If the recording is set to stereo, the track will be stereo. ## Set up timed recording Sets up a timed recording so that the recording will start at a certain time defined by the User. ## Punch and roll record This command enables you to correct errors easily during the course of a recording session. You can stop, back up over a mistake, and continue recording, resulting in one track that eliminates the error and is properly timed, without the use of cutting, pasting, and clip-moving commands, or mixing of multiple tracks.
